I found this book on Amazon’s Kindle page today. A Baker’s Guide to Chocolate by Dennis Weaver is free today, March 15. According to the reviews, this is a good reference book about chocolate and it also has many recipes.
The description states that within A Baker’s Guide to Chocolate you will “learn tips and techniques for baking with chocolate and see numerous recipes including chocolate braided bread, peanut butter cookies with chocolate ganache filling and macadamia and raspberry chocolate chip cookies.” I picked up this book for free today, March 15, 2014 and will try the macadamia cookies this weekend.
