My 10-year-old daughter woke up this morning and promptly asked me if I would be making peppermint fudge for the holidays this year. Of course! But why wait until the holidays! I decided to whip up a batch today. I found this recipe last year and it actually replaced the recipe I had used previously.
This recipe can be found on the ASpicyPerspective.com blog. What I love about this recipe is that it has the peppermint pieces scattered throughout the fudge, not just sprinkled on top. The directions are easy to follow and it is pretty hard to mess up — unlike most fudge recipes. For more delicious fudge recipes, check out Kathy Gary’s book, Easy and Delicious Fudge Recipes. It is my go-to recipe book for fudge recipes. For the Peppermint Fudge Recipe, click on the link below.
