Peppermint Chocolate Fudge Recipe |

My 10-year-old daughter woke up this morning and promptly asked me if I would be making peppermint fudge for the holidays this year. Of course! But why wait until the holidays! I decided to whip up a batch today. I found this recipe last year and it actually replaced the recipe I had used previously.

This recipe can be found on the ASpicyPerspective.com blog. What I love about this recipe is that it has the peppermint pieces scattered throughout the fudge, not just sprinkled on top.
