My daughter’s birthday is fast approaching and she has asked for a giant cookie instead of a cake this year. So of course I went on line to find the perfect recipe.
The recipe that I found is on the blog, ChelseasMessyApron.com. It is truly fabulous. I think my daughter is going to love it. Chelsea calls these Pizookies, which I just love — I have never heard that name before. The recipe is easy to follow and what I really like is that you can put in whatever treats you like best. Chelsea puts in miniature Reese’s cups, M&M’s and chocolate chips. But I plan on adding walnuts too since they are my daughter’s favorite! Be creative and have fun!
