What I love about this recipe by Pamela Silvestri of silive.com is that you can be creative and have the exact flavor of hot chocolate that you would like, based on your favorite chocolate ice cream. Add a bit of whip cream, completely optional, and you have an extremely decadent cup of hot chocolate.
