Peanut Butter Cup Hot Cocoa |

Are you tired of winter yet? I woke up to the sound of a snow plow again this morning. It’s enough to make you want to pull the covers over your head and sleep the day away. Instead, I got up and made myself my new found favorite cup of cocoa.

This hot chocolate is so good and decadent it may be just enough to make you forget that you are tired of winter. This recipe is easy to make and it calls for almond milk, which I think really adds to the rich flavor.
