It’s breakfast time! I found a fabulous muffin recipe that I just had to share. You start with a chocolate chip pancake recipe, pour the batter into muffin pans and when they come out hot and amazingly delicious, you add maple syrup! Sugar rush! But in a good way, for sure.
You can also make these without the chocolate chips…but I’m not sure why you would want to do that. This recipe comes to us from BakerElla.com. She prefers to use a mini muffin pan, but I made them with a regular muffin pan — although the little muffins are darn cute and you feel a little less guilty eating a dozen of those….
